Short, honest terms for a website that sells nothing and collects almost nothing.

1. What this site is

norvexanas.com is an informational website describing the Norvexa product family. It does not sell anything, does not process payments, and does not create any customer relationship. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.

2. No prices, no orders

No prices are published on this site. Edition descriptions explain what each tier is intended to include; they are not a quotation, a specification or a guarantee of availability.

3. Accuracy and change

Norvexa is under active development. Descriptions of capabilities, editions and upcoming behaviour reflect the product’s intended direction and may change. Where something is not finished, we aim to say so rather than imply otherwise. The site may be updated, corrected or taken offline at any time without notice.

4. Your use of the site

You agree not to:

  • attempt to disrupt or overload the site or its public endpoints;
  • probe, scan or test the security of systems you do not own or have permission to test;
  • misrepresent Norvexa, or imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist;
  • scrape the site in a way that degrades service for other visitors.

5. Availability

The site and the public endpoints at api.norvexanas.com are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or withdraw any part of the public service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Norvexa is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its public endpoints. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Names and marks

Norvexa, norvexanas.com, Norvexa OS, Norvexa Files, Norvexa Guardian, Norvexa Proxy, Norvexa Cloud and NCS — Norvexa Coding Studio are names used for this product family. You may refer to the products by name truthfully. You may not present them as your own or imply an endorsement you do not have.

8. Third-party components

NCS — Norvexa Coding Studio — is built on DeepSeek Harness, which is distributed under the MIT licence. Norvexa is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by DeepSeek. Applicable third-party notices are shipped with the software that includes them.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what the site does and does not process. It is likewise a draft.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms are a draft and will be replaced. Once final, material changes will appear on this page with an updated date.

11. Governing law and contact

To be completed. The governing law, jurisdiction and the legal entity responsible for this site are not yet stated. We have deliberately not invented them; they will be added when the reviewed version of these terms is published.
