Privacy Policy

This is a draft written so that it describes what the website actually does, rather than what a template says a website usually does.

Draft — not final, not legally reviewed. The text below is a working draft published for transparency. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, it does not yet name the legal entity responsible for the service, and it should not be relied on as a final privacy commitment. A reviewed version will replace it before any Norvexa service collects personal data.

Scope

This policy covers the public website at norvexanas.com and the public endpoints of Norvexa Cloud at api.norvexanas.com. It does not describe the Norvexa appliance itself, which runs on hardware you own and is administered locally by you.

What this website does not do

  • It sets no cookies.
  • It runs no analytics and no advertising.
  • It embeds no third-party scripts, pixels or social widgets.
  • It loads no third-party fonts or assets: the typefaces used here are served from this domain.
  • It does not require an account, and there is nothing to sign up for yet.

What is processed when you visit

Like any web service, serving a page requires handling the request. Our web server may record standard request information — such as the time of the request, the page or file requested, the response status, and the IP address the request came from — in operational logs. These logs exist for security, abuse prevention and reliability, and they are not used to build advertising profiles or to track you across other sites.

Norvexa Cloud public endpoints

The public endpoints at /health and /api/v1/meta return service status and public build metadata. They do not accept personal data, do not create accounts, do not set cookies, and do not store anything about the caller beyond the ordinary request logging described above.

If you email us

Writing to hello@norvexanas.com means we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it to answer you and keep track of the conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Data we do not collect

This website does not collect names, postal addresses, payment details, government identifiers, or any special category of personal data. There is no payment flow and no account system in this version of the service.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data. Because this website collects so little, in most cases there is nothing to retrieve — but if you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, ask and we will remove it.

Retention

Operational logs are kept only as long as they are useful for security and reliability purposes, and are then discarded. Email correspondence is kept while it is relevant to an ongoing conversation or an open issue.

Changes to this policy

This document is a draft and will change. Once it is final, material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Because there is no account system, we cannot notify visitors individually — this page is the record.

Governing entity

To be completed. The legal entity responsible for this website and service, its registration details and its contact address are not yet stated here. They will be added when the final, reviewed version of this policy is published. We have deliberately not invented them.
